Visual artist Pieter van Goor worked as a breeding expert at the largest livestock breeding organization in the Netherlands. Observing animals closely was part of his profession. He knows the physique and structure down to the last detail. This is reflected in his work as an artist. His knowledge of animals combined with his artistic talent results in sculptures that capture the beauty of the animal in a unique way. They are made with an eye for detail, have the correct proportions and correct anatomy. No concessions are made to precision.
