The Carabinieri are a branch of the Italian military who carry out mostly domestic policing duties. They are part of the Pinocchio story, so... here they are, too, as part of our collection of Pinocchio toys and puppets.

Our classic Carabiniere is handmade by artisans in Italy of painted wood and articulated, too, so he can strike all kinds of poses: his head moves, his arms move, and his legs move, too. Our articulated Carabiniere toy stands just about 14" tall. Shapes of components may vary according to the whim of the artisan, but all variations are very much classic Pinocchio from the original Italian novel for children written by Carlo Collodi and published in book form in 1883. Perfect at Christmastime, but our handmade Carabiniere is content to keep you company all year long, especially on a bookshelf next to a copy of Carlo Collodi's book, perhaps next to one of our , too.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Small parts can be inhaled or swallowed.
